About me

My path into sound healing grew gradually, through a long-standing curiosity about people, how we experience life, how we respond to pressure and what helps us feel more settled.

For over 15 years, I worked in HR, supporting people through periods of change, uncertainty, challenge and personal growth. That work gave me a strong understanding of how differently stress shows up for each person and how important it is to approach wellbeing with care, steadiness and respect for individual boundaries.

I felt drawn to create spaces outside of work where people could pause and reset. This led me to facilitate mindfulness and self-care sessions for mothers through a mental health charity, supporting them through the perinatal phase, a demanding phase of motherhood. I’m also trained in Mental Health First Aid and Safeguarding, which informs how I work in a way that is ethical and responsible.

I attended sound baths for a long time as a participant, simply to rest. Over time, I realised I was listening to myself and my body differently and that the experience had become personally meaningful. I trained in sound healing initially to support myself and my own mental health, using sound as a tool for reflection and spiritual grounding.

Sound of My Being brings together these threads - my experience supporting people, my interest in wellbeing and my personal relationship with sound.

Sessions are calm and structured, designed to help the body settle and the mind slow down, without pressure to feel or experience anything in a particular way.

Whether you’re seeking relaxation, space to process, or time to reconnect with yourself, you’re welcome to come as you are.
